The room was fine and fairly quiet, with central heating and a writing desk. The bed was very comfy and had down pillows. The best thing about the hotel is its location, right next to Rigi mountain.

I had standard room with a private bathroom. Fantastic location and overall the staff was very amiable. A few times I ate at Panorama Restaurant, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. It offered good service and good food too...

Hotel had a restaurant, garden, and free WiFi throughout. The views were exceptional, but the beds were too low to see them when lying down. Our host was lovely. Enjoyed the spa!
Such a shame they didn't have ice-cream for my kids and dinner reservations were a mess. But hey, at least the crying kids were told to be quiet!

My stay at Bergsonne Rigi was absolutely amazing. The staff, Pascal and Rosa, made me feel right at home. The breakfast served was delicious and the views from the hotel were incredible. One of the highlights of my trip was when Pascal prepared a private table for me and my fiance in the restaurant, even though it was closed. We had the restaurant all to ourselves, which made it a truly special experience. Don't forget to ask for the guest card, which is free if you stay at the hotel. It provides discounts in the Rigi area, including 50% off on trains and cable cars.
Nothing to mention.

Stayed in a wonderful hotel on Rigi mountain, with jaw-dropping views. The staff were fantastic and our room had a stunning view from a small terrace. It was nicely furnished with a garden area. The hotel was perfectly situated close to cable car and train stations, making it easy to get around the Rigi area. Breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious toppings.
All was okay.

Easter at this mountain hotel was a dream! The breathtaking views of the mountains and lake were unbeatable. We enjoyed walking along the scenic road to the summit or taking a 5-minute train from the nearby station. The hotel was spotlessly clean, making it comfortable to stay in. Breakfast featured some of the tastiest bread and cheese we've ever had. Plus, the hotel's old-world charm was impressive, featuring plenty of interesting oldish items.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, so streaming movies was not always possible. we were disappointed to find that the Italian restaurant located in the hotel was closed during our stay.

The hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views of the surrounding area, including the Eiger, Monk and charming Swiss meadows. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with jaw-dropping views from both the room and restaurant. The staff are friendly, helpful and willing to book local restaurants and offer advice on the local area.
Food options are limited, with the restaurant closure on certain days and no in-room food or drink facilities.

Incredible dinner and breathtaking scenery. My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape to this charming hotel. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the dinner, which exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were also impressed by the stunning views of the mountains and the lake, which we could enjoy from our room and the hotel's terrace. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to do some hiking, and there were several trails nearby.
Mediocre food and uncomfortable bed. It was average and not as tasty as we were expecting it to be.
